Services & Rates
Branding and Logo Design:
Each client receives a customized branding package, with rates based on business size and deliverables. Packages are offered at a flat rate, with additional hourly charges if the scope of work exceeds the original proposal.
Graphic Design:
$100/hr — unless a larger project with an agreed-upon flat rate fee.
Website Design and Build:
$100/hr — unless a larger project with an agreed-upon flat rate fee.
Website Maintenance:
$100/hr.
Newsletters and Email Marketing:
$100/hr — unless a larger project with an agreed-upon flat rate fee.
Social Media Management:
Monthly retainers are determined by content creation volume, posting frequency, number of platforms, and engagement level.
Photography:
Rates are based on project scope, deliverables, and content usage.
Consulting:
$85/hr.
Legacy Clients:
A 10% discount will be applied to larger projects with flat rate fees.
Invoicing & Payments
As a small business owner, I deeply value the trust and collaboration of every client. Fluid and timely payment schedules aren’t just essential for the growth of my business—they’re also a way to respect the time, energy, and dedication that goes into every client’s project. Your prompt payments help ensure that all projects move forward smoothly and with the care they deserve. Thank you for supporting my work and honoring this process!
Invoices and Payments:
Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Late Payment Policy:
Payments overdue by 15 days will incur a $50 late fee.
Payments overdue by 30 days or more will incur an additional $100 late fee ($150 total), and work may be paused until the account is settled in full.
Payment Plans:
If you anticipate any difficulty in meeting payment deadlines (it’s all good, it happens sometimes), please reach out before the due date to discuss setting up a payment plan. This ensures that work can continue without interruption and you can avoid any late fees.
Timely payments are essential to maintaining project schedules and ensuring smooth collaboration. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
For Larger Projects:
A 50% installment fee is due at the start of the project, with the remaining 50% due upon receipt of the final deliverables. If the project exceeds the estimated timeline, the remaining balance may be due before the final deliverables are provided.
Hourly Rate Services:
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month, reflecting the total hours worked and the corresponding hourly rates for the previous month.
Scope of Work/Additional Work:
Any work that falls outside the agreed-upon scope will be discussed and billed at the applicable hourly rate or through a revised proposal. All additional work requires written approval before proceeding.
Project Cancellation:
If a project is canceled after work has already commenced, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, including any associated preparation and research. The cancellation fee will be based on the time and resources invested in the project to date.
Client Collaboration & Communication:
Effective collaboration is key to the success of every project. To keep timelines on track and ensure the best results, I ask that clients provide feedback or approvals for designs and deliverables within 5 business days of receiving them.
Timely communication not only keeps your project moving forward but also ensures I can respect the schedules and deadlines of all my clients. Delays in feedback may result in adjustments to your project timeline or a pause in work until responses are received.

Ownership of Deliverables & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. Cascade Creative Agency retains the right to use any work created for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
